The pendulum eventually swung the visitors way in this seven goal encounter. Stuart Boyd put the Glens ahead in the first minute and when Craig Callachan made it 2-0, netting the rebound from his own penalty kick, a first ever victory over Pollok in the Super League was there for the taking. But the 'Lok fought back to make it 2-1 at half-time and equalised soon after the re-start . Pollok then forged ahead against an almost unrecognisable Glens defence, ravaged by a growing injury list, and more goals seemed likely. But it was the Glens that added to their tally first, Stevie Mallan making it 3-3, but the Lok had the last say and ran out 4-3 winners.
