Glens took the lead from the penalty spot through Stephen Whalen only for Maybole to hit back with a shot from distance. The visitors then took a deserved lead after having spurned a number of chances.

Glens made six changes at half-time and equalised with a super strike from Simon Eeeles. Maybole edged in front again with some slick passing. Frankie Haggarty made amends for a missed spot-kick to set up John Paul Grant for the equaliser.
